We optimized the subscription overview with the name and version of the subscribed device browser name.

POR-712 Hot Reload of Forms

Fixed an issue where the hot-reload after the latest upgrade was not possible anymore.

POR-719 application-prod.yml ignored from subdirectories

Previously, other application-prod.yml files in different subdirectories were also considered. We changed the behavior to only use the file in the root directory of the config folder.
