Basics

Core Principles

  • Automation - Portrait uses automated content adapters for retrieving data from your application. Once setup, always up-to-date.

  • UX - The Platform uses modern approaches for delivering a solid User-Experience, on every device as a progressive web-app

  • Security - Although simple to access, every login is secured and preauthorized by you. All login data is hashed and therefore protected.

Information Flow

  • Capture - Either you use one of our source connectors (ELO, SQL) to capture your data from the core systems or use the API to push data

  • Store - All data is stored in our datastore. It doesn’t matter what the information is: contacts, sales figures, document meta data or even a ticket.

  • Present - Information that is captured and stored in Portrait, can be grouped in views and be prepared for your needs – including “call to actions”, data formats and HTML support
